The Silken (named after rower Silken Laumann) is one of our new favourite apples and is well known for it's outstanding texture and flavour. It's a cross between two popular apple varieties, the Honeygold and Sunrise. Its flesh is crisp and juicy. With a hint of honey taste, its' sweet and aromatic. After harvest, it can keep for approximately 4 weeks if refrigerated.

Silken apples are available in September.
