Shipping policy

We are happy to now offer delivery to home for the Greater Toronto Area for orders with Frozen Desserts, pantry goods or Hard Cider with a flat delivery rate of $11.99. We also offer free Curbside Pick-Up from Chudleigh's Blossom Cafe downtown Milton, Ontario. Simply place and pay for your online order, and choose the option that works best for you!

For orders with Frozen Desserts, we deliver to both residences and businesses in Toronto and the Greater Toronto Area including Mississauga, Oakville, Burlington, Milton and as far west of Toronto as Guelph, Hamilton, Ancaster and as far north as Caledon and North York.

If your shipping address does not fall in the areas mentioned above, please connect with us and we will do our best to deliver your order!

Delivery Dates
We partner with local couriers based on the products in your order and your shipping location to deliver our packages throughout the week. 

Orders with frozen desserts are delivered each week on Tuesdays and Fridays. Orders must be placed by 4pm Monday for Tuesday delivery, and by 4pm Thursday for Friday delivery. We will send you an email and texts on the day of your delivery day so you know exactly when to expect your treats! Your order will come in an insulated box with gel packs to ensure the desserts stay cold until you get home.  

If your order only contains pantry or alcohol items, your package will be sent out on Tuesdays and Fridays, and typically delivered same day or the following business day, although this is not a guarantee.

Delivering Your Order with Frozen Desserts
For orders with frozen desserts or pantry products, we authorize our courier to drop your package with no signature required. If you ordered a frozen dessert, the frozen gel packs will keep your package cool until you get home! If you live in a house, your package will be left at the door. If your shipping address has a controlled entrance, it is your responsibility to provide a buzzer code for entry, and/or inform your concierge of the delivery. 

Delivering Your Order with Alcohol
For orders with Chudleigh’s Orchard Hard Cider, under Ontario alcohol laws we are not permitted to leave shipments unattended. At no time can the courier leave the package unattended and unsigned. An individual 19 years or older must sign for the package at the time of delivery.
